The Danube Initiatives for United Regions Association organizes the event "Volunteering Fair", which aims to present volunteering from a different angle and to encourage civic activity and involvement in society.
The event will take place on May 3, 2025 (Friday) at 10:30 a.m. at the Cultural Center “Jules Pascin”.
The program will feature personal stories and good practices from volunteers and organizations from the region. Among the participants are Antonina Lozanova, representatives of Inner Wheel Club - Vidin and Swing Dance School, who will share their experiences and talk about implemented and upcoming initiatives. The event will be moderated by Victoria Topalska, who will lead discussions focused on the role of volunteering as a means of personal development, social responsibility and building sustainable communities.
Free creative workshops are planned for the youngest guests, where children will be able to have fun and learn through art and creativity.
The association invites all citizens, institutions and organizations to get involved, share their experiences, ideas and upcoming initiatives, as well as to actively participate in the discussions.
"Volunteering Fair" is part of the "Charity" project, implemented with the financial support of the National Program for the Implementation of Youth Activities under Art. 10a of the Gambling Act for 2024 at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
