The new permanent exhibition "Stories of Humanity" was opened at the Cultural Center “Jules Pascin”. The event took place on December 15, and the project was implemented in partnership between the Municipality of Vidin, the Municipal Cultural Institute "Danube" and the "America for Bulgaria" Foundation, with the contractor being the architectural studio "Atelier 3".
On the eve of October 22, the hall of the Cultural Center “Jules Pascin” was filled with an audience for the premiere screening of a documentary film dedicated to the cultural and historical heritage of the city.
At the Cultural Center "Jules Pascin", the solo exhibition of artist Daniela Petrova – "Dreams of Wakeful Souls" – was opened.
The event began with a welcome address by Mrs. Ventsislava Stankova, curator at the Cultural Center, who introduced the artist and inaugurated the exhibition.
On the eve of September 24, the “Night of Literature 2025” was held in the courtyard of the Center "Jules Pascin". Vidin was one of the eleven Bulgarian locations that joined the initiative. The organizers were the Municipality of Vidin and the “Mihalaki Georgiev” Regional Library.
The event was opened by Desislava Ivanova, director of the Regional Library "Mihalaki Georgiev".

On September 20, a Bulgarian-Chinese Economic Forum was held at the Cultural Center “Jules Pascin”, which was attended by 10 representatives of high management positions in leading international Chinese companies, as well as representatives of the Presidency of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Investment Agency, the Regional Administration, Vidin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Labor Bureau Directorate, Vidin-South Industrial Zone and others.

On September 19, the first edition of the "Sea of Muses" project in Vidin, organized by the "Muses" association and the Vidin Municipality, was opened at the Cultural Center “Jules Pascin". The program lasted until September 21.
On September 10, the exhibition "Return to the Beginning" by artist Eliezer Alsheh was opened at the Cultural Center “Jules Pascin”. This is the author's first presentation in his hometown of Vidin.
The exhibition is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina with the support of the Municipality of Vidin, the Municipal Cultural Institute "Danube" and Mr. Asen Hristov, President of "Eurohold Bulgaria". It traces Alsheh's creative path during his Bulgarian, European and Argentine periods.
On September 4, we celebrated two years since the official opening of the Cultural Center “Jules Pascin” - the transformed synagogue, turned into a vibrant center of culture, art, and experience.
The Cultural Center “Jules Pascin” hosted the first PRET – A – PORTER show "Vidin 2025", part of the XIV edition of the "Danube Waves" festival, organized by the Vidin Municipality.
The guests were welcomed by the City Brass Orchestra – Vidin with conductor Dilyana Tsankova and with a themed blue welcome drink. The event officially started with Gergana Panova and Nora Georgieva from Radio Vidin, who presented the program. The audience was also welcomed by Yuliana Dimitrova – director of the Municipal Cultural Institute “Dunabe”.
